Single Point of Contact

A Single Point of Contact (SPoC) is a central contact point designated for a specific purpose — in the judicial context, e.g. the national body to which foreign authorities address European Investigation Order (EIO) or Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) requests. Advantage: clear responsibility, shorter response times, less mis-routing.
