Augmented Reality

Augmented Reality (AR) adds digital overlays — text, images, 3D objects — to the real perception, typically via smartphone, tablet or AR glasses. Relevant to security because AR sessions share location, sensor and camera data with external services, opening new privacy and attack surfaces.
