Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies

COBIT is an Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) framework for governing and managing enterprise IT. It describes governance and management objectives, processes and maturity levels and links IT goals to business goals. In audits of IT controls it often serves as the reference model.
