Pretty Good Privacy (OpenPGP)

PGP, today as the open standard OpenPGP, encrypts and signs messages and files using public keys. Vendors and CERTs use it to sign security advisories and to receive confidential vulnerability reports in encrypted form. The public key for this is often referenced in the security.txt file.
