    The IPA is a Japanese government agency for information technology and IT security. Together with Japan Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Center (JPCERT/CC) it operates the vulnerability portal Japan Vulnerability Notes (JVN) and the database JVN iPedia. In Japan it is the central body for receiving vulnerability reports.
