Beschreibung

Ein Fehler wurde im Data Science Pipelines Operator (DSPO) gefunden. Die ClusterRole des Operators, die seine Berechtigungen definiert, umfasst umfangreiche Privilegien, die über das hinausgehen, was für seinen Betrieb notwendig ist. Diese übermäßigen Berechtigungen, wie z.B. die Fähigkeit, Befehle innerhalb von Pods auszuführen und rollenübergreifende Cluster-Rollen zu verwalten, könnten ausgenutzt werden. Wäre der DSPO-Pod kompromittiert, könnte ein Angreifer diese Privilegien nutzen, um die vollständige administrative Kontrolle über das gesamte Kubernetes-Cluster zu erlangen.
